Mom & Baby Yoga Classes with Karmaburn Yoga
Mom & Baby Yoga sessions provide a wonderful opportunity for mothers to bond with their babies while enjoying the numerous benefits of yoga.

Designed for babies aged 6 weeks to 8-10 months (until they start walking).
What to Expect in a Baby Yoga Class:
- Short meditation
- Baby Massage/Baby Yoga
- Mom’s Warm-up
- Yoga Exercises
- Pelvic Floor Strengthening exercises
- Relaxation
- Breathing Exercises
What to Bring:
- A yoga mat
- An optional blanket for your baby to lie on
- Your baby’s favorite toys

- Every Monday, January 13- February 24 (1:00-2:30PM)
- Every Thursday January 16-February 27 (10:00-11:30AM)
