Mom & Baby Yoga Classes with Karmaburn Yoga

Mom & Baby Yoga sessions provide a wonderful opportunity for mothers to bond with their babies while enjoying the numerous benefits of yoga.

Why Join Mom & Baby Yoga?

Designed for babies aged 6 weeks to 8-10 months (until they start walking).

What to Expect in a Baby Yoga Class:

  • Short meditation
  • Baby Massage/Baby Yoga
  • Mom’s Warm-up
  • Yoga Exercises
  • Pelvic Floor Strengthening exercises
  • Relaxation
  • Breathing Exercises

What to Bring:

  • A yoga mat
  • An optional blanket for your baby to lie on
  • Your baby’s favorite toys

  • November Group starts on November 1st, 2024; runs for 4 weeks, weekly on Fridays from 10AM
