? Discover Hormonal Harmony: Join the Yoga Journey for Women’s Health ?
? Why Hormonal Balance Matters ?
Hormones play a pivotal role in our overall well-being, influencing our mood, energy levels, and even our sense of self. Fluctuations can lead to a range of challenges – from irregular cycles and stubborn weight gain to mood swings and stress. Karmaburn Yoga for Women’s Health can support on your journey to a more balanced life.
? What is Yoga Program for Hormonal Balance??
The Yoga Program for Hormonal Balance is an 8-week in-person yoga course specifically designed to support women’s health.
Each week, we delve into a particular gland, exploring the hormones it releases, potential symptoms and imbalances, and the spiritual impact on our bodies. Following this discussion, we engage in a yoga practice aimed at harmonizing that gland’s function and balancing its hormonal production.
The yoga classes of this program are designed to build upon each other, enabling you to make consistent progress over time.
??♀️ What can I expect from a yoga class???♀️
Every yoga class starts with the weekly topic, followed by a short seated meditation. We proceed with warm-up exercises and then engage in practicing yoga asanas. Finally, each session is concluded with a guided relaxation.
Additionally, every session incorporates pelvic floor muscle exercises to relax and strengthen the pelvic floor and diaphragm muscles.
These are all beginner yoga classes, and I offer modifications to various fitness levels and for different conditions (being on your period, PCOS, fibroids, high blood pressure, thyroid issues, etc).
